1. The room was very clean, the motel was quiet, the area was not horribly loud or busy, it is just a few short steps to get to Lombard street, Ricky answered all our questions and gave us helpful suggestions.

2. I got there around 2pm on Friday (like I said I had never been to San Francisco before) so I wasn't familiar with all the streets and how horrible the parking was.
