1. The dark, tiny bathroom's ceiling was peeling & a small piece was hanging down; bottom of door was smashed/cracked/crushed(?), the shower consisted of a row of tiles (one-tile-high) which was useless in keeping the water from soaking the [somewhat sticky] floor.
