1. Unlike website photo (showing bedside lamps & wall pictures), the only lighting was a 1-bulb ceiling fixture (compatible to a bare-bulb) and the only wall 'art' were the stains.

2. The room was dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom door where someone had kicked it, the room was so small we could barely turn around, and the television didn't work.
