4. Street noise (mostly traffic, but also cahtter and the occasional siren) from outside was a feature but I got used to it after a few hours and managed to sleep soundly.

If your on a budget or just want something central this is your place the only downfall is were in a room on the street and you can hear the street noise but it doesn't keep you up at night but if you want to recommend a room not on the street if your a light sleeper but other wise park hotel is a great place.
