1. The staff has no control over the noise outside of their property so they're not at fault.

6. What do you expect to pay for a hotel in San Francisco with this sort of location? This is not a flea bag; it's perfectly fine if your expections are modest and you can tolerate some nocturnal street noise.

10. It is a motor inn and it has exterior hall ways so your door opens to the outside and the noise is kind of loud but didn't bother us too much.
