1. One downside to the motor inn: they say breakfast included, but that translates to 'two packaged honey buns sitting on the table in your room.

2. Only downside is that the rooms looking out toward Broadway and Coit Tower are very noisy so hopefully you're either deaf or can sleep with ear plugs.
