4. Even though it was end of May it was very cold in SF and with all the humidity we had to use the heating but it was so NOISY that we couldn't even talk to each other or listen to tv, let alone to sleep.

5. The bathroom is clean, with new tiles, but the exhaust fan is noisy, There is also a wall heater, and that was noisy too.
