1. However i think they need to replace the lift (its old and quite slow) and they don't have fridge inside the room which not really big deal to us, but they provide hot water and coffee at the back of the lobby.

3. The tea and coffee making facilities were in reception, rather than in the room, no big deal as the lift was quick so only took 2 mins to go down and grab a hot drink.
