3. ) However, this was a vast improvement over the staff at the Cow Hollow Inn where we stayed a few years back, who were just downright rude,Overall the Chelsea Motor Inn is an outstanding value at $89 per night.

4. The staff wasn't rude but the night person didn't smile at us even once during the entire week we were there and she seemed a bit surly.
