1. The only negatives that I can think of is that we had a loud neighbor one evening, and after making a phone call to the front desk, the problem ceased.

2. I was on the 11th floor and I could hear kids running down the halls and slamming doors when I was on the sofa but once I closed the door to the bedroom I didnt have a problem.

6. The spaces were tight, and we drive a Suburban, but we were always able to find an open spot that allowed us plenty of room, so it wasn't a problem.
