1. The only negatives that I can think of is that we had a loud neighbor one evening, and after making a phone call to the front desk, the problem ceased.

2. The only negative is that the hotel was populated by a ton of cheerleaders (some very young) who tended to bog the elevators with their constant moving between floors.
