1. Yet for those who must drive and who want to avoid paying the $45 + Taxes and fees =$53 here are 2 suggestions:#1) On Folsom, between 2nd and 3rd, there is a $10 all day outdoor garage.

4. I ordered something off the menu (ie avoided the buffet) and it took quite a bit more time for preparation and did not come out very appetizing.
