1. Our room was on the street side, but other than sirens (which friends in the 'inside' rooms heard as well), there was no annoying noise.

2. Initial worries over nightclub we overlooked unfounded as club only opens Fri/Sat and we stayed Mon-Thur, however the thin Walls mean noisy neighbours can be heard clearly and opening and shutting of room doors is very annoying.

3. Street noise in the evening was a bit annoying but calmed considerably overnight so not too bad.

4. Think we paid approx $170 for the night and do not think that this really represented value for money, although there was free parking which was good as it always annoys me when US hotels have an additonal charge to use their car park.
