1. The one and most important thing that I could not tolerate is there insect problem, the first day we entered our suite we noticed a baby roach in the bathroom, ok one bug is no big deal right? wrong.

2. We didnt use the shuttle buses as the times were random and the one day we did want to use them we were told the bus had gone and that we had the wrong times.

5. I had no problem, but several times people put tokens in only to find the dryer not running then I would have to explain they put them into the wrong one.

9. The granite countertops and flat panel TV's were not in this suite yet but there was nothing wrong with the counters and TV's in the rooms.
