8. I was very disappointed as I had hoped the suites would have been as special as the pictures on the web site, I can't see how any adult could possibly sleep on such an uncomfortable surface.

9. Check-in fine, went to check the room, the elevator was in a disgusting state, the cobwebs were thick and you could hardly see through the windows, this disappointed me as I feel the public areas should be as clean as the rooms.

10. However, was a little disappointed in the rooms, we were on the ground floor and you see outside under the closed front door, the sockets in the kitchen area didn't work, neither did the fridge and there were hairs in the bathroom.
