3. Their 'business center' with computers and printers charges a per-minute fee -- how much you wanna bet Web access would be slow as molasses? I was in a bind amid the blizzard paranoia and desperately trying to make my flight on time, and it irked me that printing boarding passes isn't considered common courtesy these days.

4. We asked at Reception but they hadn't anything to boil water in, although helpfully brought up another coffee maker but that was as slow as the 1 we had.

5. There are a few computers in the lobby that you must insert cash in and pay a 25 cents a minute rate with a two dollar minimum to use the very slow computer.
