We were happy to be there until they told us they were
overbook
ed and thus could not give us our queen bed room (which we had pre paid for over a month in advance), instead we were offered a room with two single beds and told to come back to the lobby the next day to switch.

After our first night, the hotel called to say they had
overbook
ed themselves, a large group was coming in, and at least one of us would need to vacate our room.
"kicked out of room when hotel overbooked themselves! "
