i then went down to complain to the front desk and spoke with Hulya once and SAM and they apologized but they weren't very sincere it was more of an 'ok sorry oh well' They need some serious classes in hospitality and an attitude adjustments i approached the desk kindly and respectfully and i felt thier frustration in thier response i felt very
