1. He immediately called housekeeping and spoke with the manager of housekeeping and asked to please have some one clean a new room and an hour later the issue was fixed.

9. What the issue is - in the morning a lot of people are using the elevators, each of the three elevators only holds seven people-therefor, people have to wait.
