1. We did the parking package and had no issues with the valet service.

8. Hotel is a bit tired, rooms are comfortable and clean enough, we respected their policy of not changing the sheets everyday for environmental reasons, but actually think this is a bit con as saves them time and money and is far less about an environmental issue.
