2. I requested to be put up as high as possible; they managed to put me on the 5th floor, which isn't bad when there are only 6 floors to begin with.

8. It's on a quieter side street, but the walk to Loop and Museum area attractions is not bad at all (10 mins depending on lights), while it also has proximity to Michigan Ave and the Magnificent Mile.

9. Only the 2nd floor allows dogs, which is too bad for dog owners, as there is no real high rise view.
