I've stayed at all types of NYC hotels -- from big, flashy and expensive to
tiny
, exquisite boutique hotels -- and Chambers, a boutique establishment, combines the best qualities in a great mid-town location.

My only
tiny
negative was that there wasn't a kettle/tea/coffee in our room - although you could order from room service it seemed quite pricey for a cup of tea.

tiny
from the traveler photos here), I was surprised to find that it was actually quite spacious and very nicely decorated.
