2. I do have to agree that even though we have been members for two years running, and the rooms and amenities are the best I have seen anywhere, the staff is terrible.

3. It is all very well having flat screen TVs and surround sound, but it was very difficult (and I have a complex home cinema system and know a bit about these things) to get any sound from the TV, and when I did manage there was terrible hissing from the speakers.
