9. The concierge was so helpful in google mapping us directions to Randall's Island, and we got there without any problems, no directions, no wrong turns, it was such a pleasant drive.

10. Its wrong totally if this is what they did and treat people differently but I do feel this is what happened and I looked forward so much to coming here.
