~The 'lavender turn down service' is nothing more than a very bad
smell
ing spray on the bed that is not even close to a nice lavender to enhance sleep.

Great staff and very helpful, we were on the 9 floor but we could

food in the hall way, the hotel was full and the the two lifts were not enough.
