1. Only had a few problems:I asked for an 8:30am wake-up call, and I received a call at 8:05am.

4. All in all, it's a cool business hotel and has everything you need when traveling for business, but there's just way too many problems for me to say that it was an enjoyable stay, especially as an SPG member expecting SPG quality.

10. I was a little nervous before coming because I had read lots of reviews on here complaining, but the only one that turned out to be true was the Wi-fi problem (which, really, wasn't that bad.
