5. How hard would it have been to call me when they realized the problem to give me a heads up and to let me know they were working on it? Secondly, I was never offerred any sort of compensation nor have I received an apology call or e-mail since the incident.

6. hardly comparable as the entire reason to stay downtown is to be able to take the DART to the game and to avoid gameday traffic.
