1. Bad things: do not walk to anything at night (and I grew up on Chicago's southside so I'm no scardy cat); expensive wi-fi that didn't work; terrible bed & pillows that smelled used; HVAC system that smelled like it was on fire when the heat was on.

5. On checkout they did mess up all three of our receipts that we needed for our expense reports and it took some doing to get them to send copies (they had to be faxed because 'their email was down').

9. And the room they re-booked me in was not the same as the room I originally booked and was less expensive, and was NOT reimbursed my the difference and extra time and hassle when it was their screw up.
