1. That being said, the ladies at the desk when we checked in were less than enthusiastic (the lady's name eludes me at the moment, but it started with a 'Z'), but Evelyn more than made up for any disappointment there.

8. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't offer at least a continental breakfast,and the cost was a bit steep considering the location(3 miles from downtown, and not in a safe area for a Mom to be walking with her kiddos).
