The staff sent the service tech up to try to fix the
problem
, but was told that he would have tend to the issue at a later time due to the length of time it would take to fix the
problem
and he would have them place us in another room.

We returned to the front desk to be told 1) Not employee's
problem
that some guest smoked in a non-smoking room and 2) we should open a window.
