7. The staff sent the service tech up to try to fix the problem, but was told that he would have tend to the issue at a later time due to the length of time it would take to fix the problem and he would have them place us in another room.

9. Then we noticed other issues: the inside of the toilet was dirty, the left knob of the sink kept popping off, and the sliding glass door (which was a window facing the parking lot and led nowhere) was off track and you could hear everything outside.
