2. My only complaint is that the hallways have a smoky smell since they apparently have smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms on the same floor in the same wing so the smoke could probably travel thru the vents.

4. My complaint is that we told the hotel that we had 5 guests and that the pull out sofa in the living room would be used and they never supplied sheets or blankets.
