1. We were situated near the elevator but there was no excuse for the noise level in our room - loud enough to keep us up when we were trying to sleep - and very frustrating.

4. I kindly told the front desk that the noise throughout the night was excessive and they volunteered the complimentary Club level breakfast to compensate us--a generous offer as switching rooms was not possible.

5. The hotel room and bathroom were very nice, beds were extremely comfortable and the floor was pretty quiet (I was worried since there were a lot of kids in the hotel for a hocket tournament and for the basketball game, but there was very little noise on the hall and we slept great).
