3. Only complaint is the air conditioning, which is noisy, and takes a long time to be on and off, changing the temperature of the room from cold to hot.

4. My main complaint about the room is that the heating units are very loud, so much so that I could hear my heating unit rattling for most of the evening (apparently this is a common complaint, as I heard other guests talking about it).
