1. When checking in, the unhelpful travel lodge personnel told us that we had 2 rooms with one bed and explained that my parents and younger brother would have to share the same bed.

4. They did have a 24 hour airport courtesy shuttle, but the night staff when we checked in was extremely unhelpful and difficult to work with.
