6. The hotel has safety deposit boxes for your safe security of extra money and passports etc and never had a problem with getting your items for you no matter how busy they were (and quite often they were very very busy).

7. If ever I had any problems or something was not to my satisfaction I was able to talk to someone and have the problem fixed immediately.
