1. Although not concerned, by 3:02 the front desk staff was already following up by phone to see the cause of delay - very impressive.

2. due to delays from our point of origin we arrived around 2pm our room was ready but it was not smoking as I had requested so we had lunch in the dining room - I wasnt crazy about the food but it was sufficient.
