1. The hotel was very nice, very clean and there were zero problems the entire stay.

2. We stayed here because we have never had a problem with Best Western hotels and we had a $50 gift card that was issued to us because we had stayed on consecutive nights in the spring.

3. When you have as many people working the front desk as working the restaurant there is a problem.

4. IMPORTANT: The attached BUS STATION is now CLOSED so the problems mentioned in previous reviews have completely gone away.

5. I had a problem on this visit with the restaurant closing 15 minutes early and refusiing to serve me, but the manager came out and talked to me, and dealt with the situation camly, prefessionaly and pleasantly, turning the whole situation into a positive.

10. He told me that there was a problem with the pipes in four of the rooms and that as the hotel was full that these four rooms needed to be moved to another hotel.
