1. We stayed here because we have never had a problem with Best Western hotels and we had a $50 gift card that was issued to us because we had stayed on consecutive nights in the spring.

2. There was an issue with the shower overflowing onto the bathroom floor so they cut a piece of white plastic pipe in half and glued it to the floor.
