1. Why don't they offer a multi-day pass?- in the first evening, there was a turn down service, but in the following three, the service was not offered anymore (why???)- it can get noisy.

3. The rooms were the smallest I have ever been in in USA, I was in an executive room on 27th floor, like a shoebox and very noisy with traffic from I5 almost outside the room window.
