1. The floor lamp needed to be repaired (the bulb dangled and wobbled everytime you would turn it on/off), and the outlet cover was broken in half??.

2. Air con unit in our room was very original and was so loud that we couldn't have it on at night, the toilet flush was broken and the shower control was missing parts.

3. However, our tub did not hold water (a problem for a daughter who still takes bathes), the cordless phone was not charged or plugged in (plug hidden behind heavy headboard), and the chest of drawers were all off of the track with one being completely broken.

5. -After the police left, from hearing our story, an hour later (so long because the elevators were broken again) the night manager and security officer showed up to kick us out, for above mentioned assault, and we should be glad an arrest wasn't made.

7. I asked him why I wasn`t notified that my car had been broken into.
