1. The only complaint I have is that the wireless internet provided by AT&T at this property was extremely slow (slower than the 3G service on my cell) and was also occasionally down.
"Centrally located & great value " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/5/2012 Vote
2. The baggage staff was very slow and had no sense of urgency to help us with our bags.
"Looks great but that's about it..... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/4/2011 Vote
3. one of the reason I chose this hotel because it offers a free wireless internet, however, the internet connection was horrible, slow, and down many times during the day.
"Best location, Best hotel for the price! " Read full review on Expedia   8/25/2010 Vote
4. The restaurant downstairs, Dragonfish, was decent and had awesome late night pricing for smaller plates and drinks, however the service was slow and the sushi selection was practically non-existant.
"Great location and good service! " Read full review on YahooTravel   9/26/2009 Vote
5. perhaps a bit too relaxed; this restaurant doesn't make much effort to sell its services and can be a little slow at times.
"All-round great boutique hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/17/2009 Vote
6. Some other minor issues were the desk chair in the room (it fell short of an appropriate working height of the desk and constantly fell down when your leg accidently hit the adjustment bar in front, poor choice of chairs), the elevator door was annoyingly slow to close (I was up and down several times per day), the exterior and lobby doors should be automatic and I noticed people struggling to open them and get their luggage through, they also were misaligned and did not open well.
"Nice, but several issues " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/22/2008 Vote
7. The restaurant was slow with room service, and breakfast service was horrible, we had a rude server to boot.
"A great place! " Read full review on YahooTravel   11/10/2006 Vote
