1. With a coffee shop on every block it was not a problem.

9. I had a problem with the knob on my shower the first morning and I had maintenance at my door within 5 minutes to fix it so I could get on the move.

10. 95/day for wifi, does any other motel/hotel anywhere do that anymore? There are 2 free computers in the lobby, so it wasn't a major problem for us, but it's a bad policy.
