1. It made me a little uncomfortable about the lack of security, but thankfully we didn't encounter any problems during our stay.

5. The problem is that the thicker curtains do not close or cover the window and they are only for show.

6. We parked our car at the hotel for the two weeks we were gone and upon return, their shuttle picked us up without problem and delivered us right back to our car.

7. After reporting the problem to the front desk, we were told 'tough luck', that there were no other rooms available and that the hot water problem wouldn't be fixed before we checked out the next day.
