1. We asked for assistance in tearing down the second bed in our room so that our son could sleep on the mattress, as the bed was too high and dangerous for him to sleep on, and we were told that they could not help us.

3. but they can only speak to Nadeem the owner who made it clear he did not want the staff to have access to the master key 'because it may get lost' Has he heard of making a duplicate? It would simpler than having a dangerous situation at the hotel.
