1. Maybe a 15 minute walk to the Pikes Place market - and it's a nice walk as long as you avoid one or two shady blocks nearby (namely the one with the strip club on it).

3. Everyone nice, has washers and dryers which were used to avoid having to do it all when we got home.

6. The Hurricane cafe behind the 8th Avenue Inn used to be good but it`s gone downhill in quality so best to avoid it unless you are hungry really late and nothing else is open.
