5. Nothing fancy, and personally I'm not a fan of the 'pedestal' antique sink style where you don't have any counter space, but with that minor 'complaint', the rest is fine.

6. Hotel could be doing with some refurbishment but for our purposes we certainly could not complaint and if there are better quality staff about then I have yet to find them.

8. My only complaint is that you can hear the bathrooms in adjoining rooms.
