I do give them props for being insanely cheerful (to the point of being

ing) while they tell you 'it' really isn`t their problem, 'it' is your (the guest) fault and to 'have a good one.

The one criticism (and I`m really stretching here) was that the maintenance staff had an

ing habit of popping on the elevator I was on, while carting along a very large laundry cart, making it difficult for me to actually exit the elevator.
