1. My only negative comment would be that I would have liked a choice of feather pillows, instead of synthetic, but maybe that's asking too much.

2. If there's one negative at all, it's the availability of parking, the hotel doesn't seem to have a parking lot, the public parking is available but very expensive (we paid $36) for one night.
