3. (Our room was 4 doors down and it was still a problem, so this isn't just the case for the rooms adjacent to the elevator) Although the staff offer a smile, you get the feeling that they are disinterested and some are simply downright condescending and rude.

4. The only problem we had was that all the numbers were worn off the buttons on the TV remote, and it was challenging to figure out how the TV worked without them.

5. I did have a problem receiving a parking ticket from their private service, but it was an oversight on the hotel's part and they fixed it with a sincere apology, which is good enough for me.

7. problem is, the route all hotel shuttle busses take to the airport is not exactly direct.
